A 3 pack of our notepads including EKG, Medication Administration, & Medication Formulas AND all made of heavy duty laminated plastic AND they are all reusable! Notepads are made from our laminated plastic which is waterproof and tearproof - and not some floppy cardboard that these normally come with. The coolest feature is the covers zip off and can zip on to ANY other 3"x5" note pad. So you can grab refills with us (preferred?!) or grab these at most major retailers (less preferred but we get it!). Check out the video for how easy they go on and off.
