Medication Formulas 3x5" Notepad - Heavy Duty Reusable Covers

This notepad features med admin formulas and math AND it is made of heavy duty laminated plastic AND it is reusable! So you get some great reference materials: the 3 most common medication math formulas and common medication conversions. Notepad is made from our laminated plastic which is waterproof and tearproof - and not some floppy cardboard that these normally come with. The coolest feature is the cover zips off and can zip on to ANY other 3"x5" note pad.
