Medication Administration Notepad - Heavy Duty Reusable Covers

This notepad features medication administration "rights" and abbreviations AND it is made of heavy duty laminated plastic AND it is reusable! So you get some great reference materials: 5 original medication rights, 7 additional updated rights, common medical abbreviations associated with medication administration and the do not use abbreviation list. Notepad is made from our laminated plastic which is waterproof and tearproof - and not some floppy cardboard that these normally come with. The coolest feature is the cover zips off and can zip on to ANY other 3"x5" note pad.
