Want to make your own reference? This is the product for you! Upload your own design, front & back, and we take it from there. We print your design on a plastic core, then laminate both sides at very high temperatures to fuse all the layers together. No corner fraying with these cards! Best of all we offer very low minimums.
- Card size is 2.125" by 3.375" (same size as a credit card)
- Card thickness is 30mil (same thickness as most credit cards and IDs)
- Full color and full bleed (color all the way to the edge) and printing on BOTH front & back
- Plastic card laminated on both side which is waterproof and very durable
Designing your cards is actually really easy! If you already have a picture, graph/chart, or pdf you click the custom design button and you can upload the design and adjust it to fit the design area. If you want to create a design you can certainly do it with software you already have. In word or excel (or similar software) set your page size as 3.62" by 2.37". To use the full bleed area set all the margins to 0 (you may get an error that this is out of the print range - just acknowledge it). If the full bleed thing sounds scary, set all your margins to 0.25" - that will keep you in the safe zone. Design away and then save (or "export as") your document as a PDF. Save the front and back as separate files. Come to our site, upload the front & back, double check how the cut/safe zone lines look and then finish checkout.
