Custom 3"x5" Plastic Card - Bulk Order

Size: 3" wide by 5" long. This is the same size as a standard index card. Thickness is the same as your regular badge card and is rigid.

Materials: Our Custom 3"x5" Plastic Cards are printed double sided on synthetic waterproof stock. The cards are then laminated with a heavy duty laminate so that they are completely waterproof and built to last.

Best practices for file creation:

For each side, using your preferred design software, create a 3"x5" artboard with .125" bleed. Your final file size should be 3.25"x5.25" to create a successful full bleed effect.
All bleeds should extend through to the black outer margins. The red lines are the approximate cutlines. The blue lines are the inner margins. All important design elements should be within the blue lines.
PDF is preferred. Make sure you flatten your PDF so there is less chance of data loss!
