This page features the Emergency Severity Index (ESI) widely used in the triage process. This all in one poster has both the flowchart and the details and definitions including the resource/not resource grid. Content of this card is based on version 4 which is the newest version of the ESI. This poster also ships with an economy semi-rigid plastic case that can be mounted to a wall using the included double-sided sticky tapes.
